Lebanon, TN -  The Bryan College Softball team traveled to Lebanon, TN to take on Cumberland University in a doubleheader. Cumberland University scored 12 runs in the bottom of the first inning to put up a 12-0 lead over the Lady Lions. Bryan got on the board in the top of the third inning with a run from Stephanie Blevins and Lily Taylor cutting the lead to 12-2 but it would not be enough to cut through the Cumberland lead. 

For game 2, the Lady Lions went on top early in the top of the first inning with a double from Haley Stahl advancing Lily Taylor and scoring Aubree Presley and Katie Dinger. Bryan would extend their lead with a single by Breanna Bumgardner advancing Haley Stahl and scoring Lily Taylor. The Lions take a 3-0 lead in the first inning. Cumberland would get on board in the bottom of the second inning but would fall to the Lions 3-1.

• Bryan will be back in action for their home opener of February 22nd for a doubleheader against UT Southern starting at 3:00 PM.
