Bryan College Baseball Unveils 2025-26 Slate — First Season Under Head Coach Jordan Day

DAYTON, Tenn. — The Bryan College Lions are gearing up for a new era of baseball as they unveil their 2025–26 schedule—one that marks the official beginning of Head Coach Jordan Day's leadership. A fixture within the program for more than a decade, Day enters his first season at the helm with deep roots in the Lions' culture and a strong vision for the future.

Day's connection to Bryan runs back to his playing years from 2008–2012 before he transitioned into coaching in 2013. After serving faithfully as Associate Head Coach, he now steps into the head role with a commitment to building upon the program's proud tradition while injecting fresh energy, discipline, and competitive edge throughout the roster.

The Lions will open the season on the road against Central Christian College at USA Stadium in Millington, Tenn., before returning to Dayton for their home opener on February 6 against Marian University. From February through April, Bryan will navigate a challenging mix of conference and non-conference matchups, with Senter Field once again serving as the heart of Lions baseball.

The 2025–26 slate features a slew of the most competitive lineups in the NAIA. Bryan is set to face six NAIA Top 25 or RV opponents, including Cumberland University (RV), Faulkner University (RV), Johnson University (#18), Reinhardt University (#14), Tennessee Wesleyan University (#5), and powerhouse Georgia Gwinnett College (#2). These matchups provide the Lions with a true measuring stick early in the Day era and offer opportunities to build national credibility.

For fans, alumni, and supporters, the upcoming season represents more than just another pursuit of wins—it's the start of something new. With a respected leader in Jordan Day, a demanding schedule, and a hungry roster ready to compete in the always-tough Appalachian Athletic Conference, the Lions aim to establish strong momentum and set the foundation for long-term success.
