The Bryan College men's and women's golf teams competed at the Milligan College Invitational, facing strong competition from several top teams in the region.
Men's Recap:
The men's team was led by Connor Cartledge, who finished tied for 15th with a two-round total of 147 (+3). Cartledge posted rounds of 73 and 74, showing consistency throughout the tournament.
Asa Hudson followed closely behind, finishing with a total of 153 (+9) after shooting rounds of 78 and 75, placing 25th?.
Nolan Chandler made a notable improvement in the second round, shooting 73 after an 82 on the first day, bringing his total to 155 (+11)?.
Caleb Royston finished the tournament at 161 (+17), and
Cooper Ruehling wrapped up Bryan's scoring with a two-round total of 169 (+25)?.
The team placed 6th overall?, competing well in a challenging field.
Women's Recap:
On the women's side, Madison Hughes led the way for Bryan, finishing in 21st place with a two-round total of 161 (+17)?. She posted her personal best score of 78 on Day 1 and followed up with an 83 on Day 2. Jocelyn Lenix and Jessica Frizzell finishing with scores of 184 (+40) and 206 (+62) respectively?.
Bryan Golf will be hosting the Bryan College Invitational at the Ooltewah Club  September 30 - October 1.Â
