Dayton, TNÂ - The Bryan College baseball team was home for the final home game of the season against rival TWU. TWU was the first on the board early in the top of the first inning. Bryan was able to match their score in the bottom half of the inning from a
Daniel Dryden double that advanced
Bass Cooper to third and scored
Bryson Lofton. Bryan scored again in the bottom of the third inning with a single from
Owen Napieralski that brought in
Bradley Prince.
Danny Marquez homered to left field bringing in Napieralski.
Parker Cosby advanced to third on a wild pitch that also scored
Kade Cohoon. At this point, Bryan tied the Bulldogs up 5-5 going into the fourth inning.Â
Bryan was unable to break past the Bulldog pitching and fall 17-5 against TWU.Â
