Dayton, TN -  The Bryan College Softball team took on CIU on Wednesday afternoon. The Lions and Knights traded points in game 1 going back and forth. The Lady Lions scored 19 runs to take down St. Andrews 19-12. 

For game 2, The Lions scored in the first inning with a single by Aubree Presley scoring Katie Dinger and a triple by Lily Taylor that scored Haley Stahl and Aubree Presley. Bryan scored again in the third inning with a ground out by Stahl that advanced Katie Dinger. Bryan scored in the fifth inning with a passed ball that advanced Ariel Holt and Carli LaRocque and scored Lily Taylor. LaRocque would score in the same inning with another passed ball. Ariel Holt scored the last run of the game in the bottom of the fifth inning on a passed ball. 
 

The Lady Lions sweep St. Andrews.

• Lily Taylor went 2 for 4 with 3 runs and 3 RBIs.
• Breanna Bumgardner had 3 runs and 3 RBIs.
• Carli LaRocque went 3 for 5 with 2 runs and 2 RBIs.

• Lily Taylor went 3 for 3 with1 run and 2 RBIs.
• Katie Dinger went 2 for 3 with 2 runs.

NEXT TIME OUT

• Bryan will be back in action to take on University of the Cumberlands in a doubleheader on March 11th starting at 1:00 PM.
