Jordan Day

Coach Day enters his tenth season as an assistant on the Bryan College Baseball staff and will begin his 1st as the Associate Head Coach. With Day's new title will come the responsibility of heading up on-field player development from the offensive and pitching sides. Since joining the staff in 2013-14, Day has been a part of one AAC regular-season title and one AAC tournament title. Day has helped lead the Lions to six 35-win seasons, and five appearances in the NAIA Opening Round Tournament.

While at Bryan, he has coached eight NAIA All-Americans, 37 AAC All-Conference selections, 10 AAC Gold Glove winners, three AAC Freshman of the Year winners, as well as one AAC Player of the Year, Pitcher of the Year, and Newcomer of the Year.

"Coach Day is a wonderful man who was an invaluable part of the culture-building this program underwent during his time as a player," Bryan Baseball Head Coach, Clint McAuley remarked. "It is an honor for us to have Coach Day on staff, he is a great coach and we are stronger as a staff and program because he is here."

Originally from Summerville, Ga., Day graduated from Trion High School and continued his education at Bryan where he graduated in 2012 with a B.S. in Exercise and Health Science. Day met and married current Bryan Volleyball Head Coach, Jessica (Kaya) Day, during their time as students at Bryan. They currently reside in Dayton, Tenn. with their daughter, Kayleigh and their son, KJ.
