LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, GA - The Lady Lions women's program turned in a strong performance at the Mountainside Stride Select meet, with personal bests and qualifier marks highlighting a productive day across multiple events.

Abigail Schroeder opened her outdoor season in the 800m, matching her personal best. Kennedy Groves recorded a personal best of 16.49 in the 100m dash, while Emily Cathey added a personal best in the 400m (1:06.66).

Aubrey Groves continued her progression with another personal best in the 200m (31.70) and also made her debut in the high jump. Galilee Raymer had a standout multi-event day, recording personal bests in the shot put, long jump, and high jump as she prepares for the heptathlon at the AAC Championships.

In the distance events, Carissa Wilson secured an AAC qualifier in the 5000m, with a time of 19:13.28, adding to the team's strong overall performance.

The women continue to build momentum early in the outdoor season with strong depth, competitive performances, and continued growth across all event areas.
