Women's Soccer Looking to Climb up in the AAC

WSOC Preseason Standings

The Bryan College Women's Soccer Team is poised for a transformative 2025 season as they look to exceed expectations and climb the conference standings. While the Lions were selected 13th in the AAC Coaches Preseason Poll, Head Coach Jake Warren and his squad view this ranking as motivation rather than limitation.

"We're embracing the opportunity to prove ourselves this season," Warren explained. "There's a renewed energy and hunger within this group, and it's exciting."

Warren, who has been working to reshape the program's culture, believes this year's roster possesses the depth and determination necessary to surprise conference opponents. The coaching staff has focused on building team chemistry and implementing new tactical approaches during preseason preparation.

The Lions will look to capitalize on their underdog status as they open conference play, with Warren emphasizing that every match presents an opportunity to demonstrate their growth. With renewed focus and a chip on their collective shoulder, Bryan College appears ready to rewrite the narrative surrounding their program.
The team's first match is scheduled for August 21st against Life University, where they'll begin their quest to climb the AAC standings and establish themselves within the conference.
