While the Lions were selected 13th in the AAC Coaches Preseason Poll, Head Coach Jake Warren and his squad view this ranking as motivation rather than limitation.

"We're embracing the opportunity to prove ourselves this season," Warren explained. "There's a renewed energy and hunger within this group, and it's exciting."
