The Lady Lions are poised for a fresh start and renewed success as they embark on the 2025-2026 season under the guidance of new head coach Jake Warren. With new leadership bringing fresh perspectives and strategies, the program is focused on building a competitive foundation and establishing a winning culture.

The upcoming campaign will serve as an immediate test of the team's development, as the Lady Lions have scheduled matchups against formidable opposition. Their schedule includes battles with two Top 25 programs: 21st-ranked Life University and conference rival Truett McConnell, who enters the season ranked 22nd nationally. Additionally, they'll face Appalachian Athletic Conference foe Tennessee Wesleyan, a program that received votes in the NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Postseason poll and promises to provide another stern challenge.

After experiencing a difficult previous season, the Lady Lions are determined to turn the page and demonstrate significant improvement under Coach Warren's direction. The combination of a new coaching philosophy and renewed team chemistry has created an atmosphere of optimism and determination heading into the fall.
