The Bryan College baseball team put together an impressive weekend, sweeping Union Commonwealth in Appalachian Athletic Conference action. The Lions dominated Game 1 with a shutout, battled through a close Game 2, and completed the series sweep with a late rally in Game 3.
Game 1: Bryan 11, Union Commonwealth 0
The Lions opened the series in dominant fashion behind a complete-game shutout from
Jacob Almon, who was nearly untouchable on the mound. Bryan's offense provided plenty of run support late in the game to seal the win.

- J. Sabo: 3-for-4, 3 RBIs, including a two-run single in the ninth.
