Game 2 – Friday, Feb. 7

St. Thomas 2, Bryan 1

Bryan got off to a solid start, taking an early 1-0 lead in the first inning thanks to a solo home run from C. Ramsey. Pitching was the story for most of the game, as D. Walker tossed four scoreless innings, allowing just three hits while striking out four. The Lions held onto the lead until the sixth inning when St. Thomas pushed across two runs on a timely RBI single and a sacrifice fly. Despite Bryan's strong pitching performance, the offense couldn't break through late, and the Lions dropped a close one in the opener.

Game 3 came down to the wire, with Bryan holding strong but ultimately falling short. The Lions struck first with a Connor Cook RBI single in the first inning, and Jackson Morris tied the game in the eighth with another clutch hit. However, St. Thomas answered in the bottom half with the go-ahead run on an RBI single from Jorge Vega to seal the victory.

The final game of the series was another tight battle, with Bryan once again coming up just short. St. Thomas took an early 2-0 lead in the first inning, but the Lions answered in the third with a run from J. Sabo on a fielder's choice. In the fifth, C. Ramsey tied the game with an RBI single. St. Thomas responded immediately in the bottom of the inning, plating two more runs to retake the lead. The Lions had one last push in the ninth when T.
