Three Bryan Lions Earn AAC Women’s Basketball Honors

The Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) has announced its 2024-25 Women's Basketball All-Conference teams, and three standout players from Bryan College have been honored for their exceptional performances this season: Torie Brooks, Autumn Davis, and Leah Stinnett.
All-AAC Selections:
  • Torie Brooks – First Team All-AAC
    Brooks led the Lions with her all-around play, averaging 14.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game. Brooks finished 4th in the AAC in three pointers made with 63 made on the year. 
  • Autumn Davis – Second Team All-AAC & All-Defensive Team
    Davis made an impact on both ends of the floor, earning recognition as one of the conference's top defensive players while also contributing offensively. She averaged 9.7 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.7 steals per game, consistently stepping up in big moments for the Lions.
  • Leah Stinnett – AAC All-Freshman Team
    Stinnett made an immediate impression in her first season at Bryan, earning a spot on the All-Freshman Team. Her 6.4 points and 3.7 rebounds per game showcased her ability to compete at a high level early in her career.
Academic Excellence:
In addition to their on-court success, several Lions were named to the AAC All-Academic Team. The honorees include: Looking Ahead:
Bryan begins postseason play Thursday at 5:15 in Kingsport, TN for the AAC tournament vs. #3 seeded Reinhardt.
