DAYTON, TN- Bryan's Carissa Wilson has been named the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week, as announced by the conference on Monday.

Carissa competed in the UAH Chargers Invitational in Alabama this past weekend and had yet another record breaking performance. Carissa posted a 6K time of 23:22.81. She placed 80th among 246 competitors across NCAA D2 and NAIA programs. This marks Carissa's third weekly honor of the season.
