The Bryan College volleyball team secured their first AAC conference win in impressive fashion, defeating Kentucky Christian in straight sets (25-12, 25-22, 25-14) on September 28, 2024. The victory brought their season record to 3-11 overall and 2-5 in conference play, demonstrating a strong performance both offensively and defensively.

Key Moments:

• First Set: Bryan took control early, capitalizing on Kentucky Christian's errors and powerful kills from Abby Stacey and Lillie Van Metre to secure a commanding 25-12 win.
• Second Set: The Lions fought off a stronger push from Kentucky Christian but maintained their composure, edging out a 25-22 victory with clutch plays from Raegan Malugin.
• Third Set: Bryan wrapped up the match with a convincing 25-14 win, highlighted by service aces from KyLee Palmer and efficient attacks from Van Metre.

Team Effort:

• Bryan's offense was led by Lillie Van Metre with 7 kills, while Abby Stacey and Raegan Malugin each added 6 kills.
• Defensively, Maddison Seabolt and Canaan Drake each contributed 2 blocks, helping limit Kentucky Christian's scoring opportunities.
• The Lions also recorded 5 service aces, with Palmer delivering 3 of them.
