Kingsport, TNÂ - The Bryan College baseball team traveled to Kingsport to compete in the AAC Conference Tournament. The Lions took on Reinhardt at 11:00 AM to decide who will go to the championship game. Reinhardt was the first on the board with a 3-run home run in the 1st inning and then another home run later in that same inning to go up on the Lions 4-0. In the 2nd inning
Devin Ogg singled through the right side to advance
Dante Morton to 3rd and score
Owen Napieralski.
Parker Cosby doubled to right field scoring both Ogg and Morton.
Bryson Lofton singled to center field to score
Kade Cohoon.
Bradley Prince doubled to right field advancing
Bass Cooper to 3rd and scoring
Daniel Dryden and
Bryson Lofton. The Lions finish up that inning leading 6-4 over the Eagles.Â
In the 3rd inning Reinhardt hit a sac-fly that brought in 1 run to make it 6-5. In the 6th inning Reinhardt doubled to even things up at 6. But in the 8th inning
Bryson Lofton doubled to center field bringing both
Alex Rollins and
Kade Cohoon to go ahead 8-6.
Bryan advances to the Championship game against Union at 3:00 PM.Â
