DAYTON, TN - Bryan College women's basketball senior guard Kaitlynn Hennessee has been named the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday.

Kaitlynn had two fantastic performances last week against Montreat and Milligan. Hennessee averaged 20 points on 51.9% shooting, 6 assists, 5.5 rebounds, 5 steals, and 3 blocks per game last week.

Hennessee had her season best, 30 points, Saturday afternoon at Milligan University along with 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 4 steals, and 3 blocks. 

Hennessee is leading the conference with 3.8 steals per game and is second in the nation with 46 overall steals. She is fourth in the AAC in blocks with 1.4 per game. 

The Lady Lions host the University of the Cumberlands Tuesday night at 5:30 PM.
